Welcome to the National Association of CX Users |
The Steering Committee would like to welcome you to the official website of the National Association of CX Users. The National Association of CX Users is a collection of Colleges and Universities who use the Jenzabar CX ERP software. The individual members of this group are dedicated to improving the value of this software for both themselves and each other through collaboration with other members and voicing their collective concerns to the vendor through their representatives at regularly scheduled conference calls and meetings.
Each year the membership elects three individuals to serve two year terms on the steering committee. This committee acts a conduit between the membership and Jenzabar the vendor. The committee has regular conference calls with vendor representatives and meets twice a year with Jenzabar management, once in the fall in their Cincinnati office and at the Boston offices in the spring. An agenda for the Fall Meeting can be found here . Please take time to review this agenda and send any comments to the Steering Committee at

If you are an employee of a NACU member institution but don’t have a login, please click on the Register link on the left to request an account.
In addition to expressing their own concerns and views, each committee member (click here to see the list of current member assignments) is assigned a set of member institutions to represent. This charge includes contacting them to gauge their concerns as well as providing information on past meetings with the vendor. If you are unsure who your representative is and would like to contact them please click here to obtain a page listing each institution and their corresponding representative with their contact information.
Finally, It is never too early to start planning your participation in JAM2009. This year’s JAM will be taking place in Washington, DC, May 27 - 30, 2009. Keep watching http://www.jenzabar.net/jam.aspx?id=455 for more information. |
